This unique location attracts a steady stream of visitors, including tourists, local whānau, and those travelling through or exploring the wider region.
The cafe premises are now open to lease opportunities, with terms to be developed in partnership with the selected applicant. This is a unique opportunity to establish a presence in a setting that blends natural beauty with rich cultural heritage—ideally positioned to become a sought-after destination for travellers, local whānau, and visitors alike.
Objectives
