- Welcome & opening address by the Chairman;

- Presentation & status report update of the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan;
- Workshop on whānau aspirations;
- An update from the Hineuru Education and Training Committee on the 2024 Hineuru Education Grants; And
- Conclusion of meeting, followed by lunch.
