What advice would you give to those interested in becoming a trustee of Hineuru Iwi Trust?

“You have to work as a team even if you disagree with the majority, any disagreements within the Trust should be sorted out and kept in house, not aired publicly. The Trust is a team where you all have to work together, remember, there is no I in team. Don’t focus on the money, the majority of the work is voluntary and as long as you are committed and doing the right thing for the Iwi, it can also be very rewarding.”
